Elite Athletics Bodywork provides professional massage and targeted bodywork designed to enhance athletic performance, speed recovery, and promote long-term wellness. Therapists have years of experience working on a variety of athletes, from weekend warriors up to Division 1 collegiate and professional athletes.
Our skilled therapists use evidence-based techniques to reduce pain, improve range of motion, and address movement imbalances for athletes and active individuals. Our Staff
Elite Athletics Bodywork has a staff of approximately 40 Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists. All of our therapists have training in Deep Tissue massage as well as Sports Massage. In addition, many therapists have specialty training in modalities such as Stretching, Massage Cupping, and Trigger Point Therapy.
Owners Elizabeth, Gwen, and Candice have all worked on Division 1 collegiate student-athletes in addition to individual professional athletes and weekend warriors. All three of the owners have also had the privilege of teaching at local massage schools and have enjoyed ensuring future therapists have the knowledge they need to provide effective massage and bodywork sessions.
